Overview
Analyzes vendor and user specifications, and develops reports or data files, within the organization. Work includes conceiving, designing and maintaining reports or data files to meet requirements by translating vendor or user specifications.
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions) Analyzes vendor or user specifications and develops data files and reporting solutions to meet those requirements. Reviews report with requester to validate data. Works with Epic technical support personnel to ensure the clarity database is continuously reliable, available, and functions as required. Ensures that routine data feeds to other systems, government agencies, and outside vendors are extracted and delivered on a timely basis. Use Business Objects software to automate reports and data routing to appropriate entities and users. Reviews Epic upgrade notes and makes sure appropriate modifications are made to the clarity tables, reports, and data files as needed. Works effectively with customers to learn specific design requirements. Ensures appropriate documentation is entered, updated, and maintained in the organization''s ticketing system for all report requests. Writes, corrects and makes modifications to existing reports and data files, based on user requirements/specifications.
