New Forest District Council is the largest housing provider in the District with over 5,200 Council dwellings made up of houses, flats, hostels and schemes providing extra care. We are looking for an exceptional Repairs Supervisor to join our team of property professionals in providing a comprehensive, responsive and cost effective front line housing repair service.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
Must have excellent building knowledge, Supervisory experience as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
A positive a can-do attitude will also be beneficial in the role.

About the role and the team
As one of three Repairs Supervisors responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an efficient reactive maintenance service you will have a strong technical background in construction, building pathology, defect diagnosis and experience of supervising teams in the field related to social housing.
