Job Title: Repair Technician II
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $27.04/Hr on W2
Shift: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM) - 40 Hours/Week

Position Summary
This position will need to understand and demonstrate the ability to perform activities necessary for Infusion Pump Service operations, including repair, refurbishment, out of box failures analysis and complaint investigations. In addition, this position may be responsible for training new employees on key aspects of the Service process, including PCI (Product Complaint Investigation) analysis, device history investigation, and true root cause analysis to component level if required.
Also responsible for documenting the required aspects of Infusion Pump PCI, repair, refurbishment, rework, and labor and material tracking jobs. This person must be proficient with the device tracking system (Oracle) so that the complaints are addressed, and all results are technically accurate and include required elements ensuring that the analysis/repair activity is properly recorded.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Look for candidates who have hands-on experience in repairing electronic/mechanical equipment.
Ideal profiles include work on PCBs, circuit boards, gaming consoles, small household appliances, or industrial equipment.
Technical Skills:
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair down to the component level.
Experience in soldering, using testing equipment (like multimeters, oscilloscopes), and reading schematics or blueprints.
Relevant Hobbies or Side Projects (Highly Valued):
Candidates who enjoy tinkering, rebuilding electronics, repairing gadgets or household devices in their free time (e.g., repairing blenders, old radios, gaming systems).
Personal projects or hands-on DIY electronics experience are strong indicators of technical aptitude.
Experience Rebuilding or Assembling Interfaces:
Prior exposure to rebuilding interfaces, working on templates or frameworks, or any hardware/software integration projects.
