The Repair Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for processing repair quotes, managing repair orders, and supporting sales staff with repair-related opportunities. This role focuses on providing customers with effective solutions, clear communication, and high levels of service throughout the repair lifecycle.

This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring all repair-related inquiries, quotes, and order updates are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process repair quotes and approvals
  • Offer customers replacement and spare options from depot or surplus inventory
  • Source products not currently supplied when necessary
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support throughout the repair process
  • Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to support order completion
  • Process and manage customer quotes not assigned to a salesperson
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding quotes and orders
  • Quote replacement options for non-repairable items and obtain approval for disposition
  • Follow up on open quotes to secure approvals
  • Provide repair order status updates when requested by customers
  • Convert approved quotes into orders accurately
  • Complete Spectrum task assignments with customer-focused follow-up
  • Resolve issues related to surplus or depot orders
  • Maintain and update in-house summaries and tracking systems
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of the sales and order cycle preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a goal-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability
