As a Full-Time Repair/Refurb Technician at R&R Solutions in Gravette, AR, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer hardware and software meet all necessary requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Finding and fixing issues with a variety of computer-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.
Following customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements.
Keeping accurate inventory and repair records to meet both company and customer expectations.
Communicating clearly with your Supervisor about equipment needs.
Strictly following Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
Assisting in moving, sorting, and loading/unloading goods up to 50 lbs.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and carrying out other assigned duties as needed.
To succeed as a Full Time Repair-Refurb Technician at R&R Solutions, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with comfort using inventory software, databases, and systems. Successful candidates will have experience with the Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), which are essential for daily operations. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to navigate the fast-paced environment effectively.
The role demands physical endurance, as technicians will occasionally need to stand for long periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist in the movement and loading/unloading of goods. Ideal candidates should be adaptable and ready to work in varied conditions, including warm, cool, or noisy environments, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warm/cool/noisy environment, standing for long periods
Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Pallet Jack experience is a plus
