The Repair Manager is a full-time, onsite position based in Signal Hill, California, responsible for overseeing all repair operations for elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
- Supervise repair technicians, assign work orders, and ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain safety and quality standards while managing schedules, parts inventory, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in elevator repair or industry.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and technical expertise.
- Must reside within commuting distance to Signal Hill, CA.
