What you bring to the team:
Residential or commercial repair experience.
A Florida's driver's license and a clean driving record.
The ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in the heat. It's hot in Florida in the summer!
Live nearby your job. We're looking for someone who lives within 15 minutes of Delray Beach.
Previous verifiable work in a 40 hour per week pool repair position.
As a pool repair technician, you'll:
Develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide them with ongoing and consistent exemplary repair, installation, and maintenance services.
Keep the pools working by repairing, installing, and maintaining motors, filters, valves, pipes, gauges, tiles, ladders, handrails, drain grates, and much more.
Foster an environment for clear, timely and effective communication with other repair, maintenance, and installation technicians, supervisors, and customers alike, setting expectations for all.
Maintain your truck's inventory.
Repair, install, and maintain equipment Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday.
