Your daily responsibilities includePreparation & Intake· Review daily planning progress material availability and shortages with the Team Leader.· Assess complex customer complaints repair requests and upgrade needs.· Register complaints and retrieve product history and customer test requirements.· Inspect returned items for damage configuration and correct article numbers.Harvesting Buy‑Back Activities· Receive and assess returned items for damage and configuration.· Report findings to Sales and Engineering and determine upgrade possibilities.· Provide material needs routing and time estimates to the Planner.Analysis· Perform fault analyses 8D RCA on complex modules racks cabinets and PCBAs.· Consult with Engineering on test adjustments or extensions.· Assess warranty eligibility and communicate with Sales.· Analyze test results and advise internal teams on manufacturability costs materials and warranty.Repair· Determine work methods based on drawings manuals and instructions.· Disassemble repair and reassemble products using tools such as soldering units multimeters crimping tools and hand tools.· Perform or support functional testing after repairs.· Transport completed orders to the warehouse and document all activities materials and time spent.Safety & Quality· Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report unsafe situations.· Maintain a clean and organized workspace tools and equipment.
