Position Summary
The Rental Partner Coordinator (RPC) is responsible for leasing or subleasing units for the agency's Transition in Place (TIP) programs including Family TIP and the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) joint Transitional Housing / Rapid Re-Housing (TH-RRH) model. These programs provide flexible, scattered-site affordable housing to help individuals and families exit homelessness.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED; Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred. Some experience working with people experiencing homelessness, veterans, people with substance use disorders, people with re-entry backgrounds, and/or other relevant social service populations, preferred. Deep understanding of HUD/ CoC housing resources/ philosophies (TH, RRH, Housing First, etc.) preferred. A Valid Ohio Driver's license and proof of insurance, required
