## HVAC Technician - Rental Equipment Specialist
### Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC rental equipment and related products, including air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and hot water boilers up to 200 hp
- Maintain, service, and install rental systems
- Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs
- Regularly use power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed
- Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts
- Load and unload trucks
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers
- Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing
### Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment
- 1+ year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License
