A Day in the Life
As a Site Supervisor at New Beginnings Construction, you are the daily on-site presence for our renovation projects. Customers, subcontractors, and our Production Manager lean on you for your expertise - ensuring schedules, material procurement, and proper sequencing are being flawlessly executed.
You'll lead clients through an exceptional experience by maintaining open communication, providing regular updates, and promptly addressing concerns. You'll monitor projects closely against approved plans and building codes, catching deviations early and upholding the quality standards that set NBC apart.
From preparing cost estimates and change orders to developing construction schedules and coordinating crews, you're the person making sure every detail comes together - on time, on budget, and done right.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee residential and commercial construction projects - timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Lead renovation project management from execution to completion
Manage job site operations: subcontractor coordination, trade scheduling, and material procurement
Conduct quality control inspections and enforce OSHA safety compliance
Manage insurance restoration projects and storm damage construction efficiently
Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters with transparency
Troubleshoot project issues, adjust schedules, and maintain construction management efficiency
Maintain permit and code compliance, track project finances, and approve subcontractor work
Utilize BuilderTrend for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites with strict safety enforcement

️ 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision, project management, or home remodeling
️ Strong carpentry skills (framing and trim carpentry preferred)
️ Expertise in subcontractor management, trade coordination, and scheduling
️ Knowledge of insurance claims construction and storm damage restoration
️ Familiarity with construction management software (BuilderTrend is a plus)
️ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management preferred
