RENDERING & DAF SUPERVISOR-3RD SHIFT

• Oversee machinery maintenance to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Drive the rendering and DAF departments to meet required production yields.
• Ensure adequate staffing for daily operations, arrange coverage as needed, and provide hands-on support when short-staffed.
• Collaborate with the lead person by providing training and support across job functions as needed.
• Ensure employee compliance with JBS safety policies and proactively identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
• Communicate operational issues and concerns to other shifts to ensure continuity.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in rendering
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)

Skills Required:

• General machine operation and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, depending on machinery operation.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid conditions.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
