We're looking for a detail oriented Vacation Planning Specialist to assist clients with organizing memorable travel experiences while managing booking details, itineraries, and travel coordination. This remote opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, customer service, and creating organized travel experiences.
In this role, you'll use established tools and training to coordinate travel plans, research destinations, and ensure every reservation is completed accurately.
What You'll Do
Assist with vacation planning and destination research
Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries
Organize transportation and accommodations
Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences
Monitor booking updates and confirmations
Maintain organized client records
Ensure every itinerary is complete and accurate
