Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, travel options, and supplier offerings to identify solutions that align with client preferences
- Create and manage customized travel itineraries
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and preferences
- Maintain accurate records and booking information
- Monitor reservation details and assist with travel-related updates when needed
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
- Manage multiple client requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
