We're looking for an organized and detail oriented Travel Logistics Specialist to support the coordination of travel arrangements, manage booking details, and ensure every trip is planned efficiently from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with organized systems, managing schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating memorable travel experiences.

In this role, you'll use established tools, processes, and comprehensive training to coordinate travel reservations, organize itineraries, monitor booking progress, and maintain accurate records. You'll work independently while ensuring every client receives a seamless and well organized travel experience.

What You'll Do

Coordinate travel reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation

Organize and manage travel itineraries, confirmations, and booking details

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information

Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options that meet client needs

Monitor reservation updates, schedule changes, and outstanding travel items

Maintain organized digital records and client documentation

Review travel plans to ensure all details are accurate and complete before departure

Provide exceptional customer support throughout the travel planning process

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment

Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, logistics, administrative support, or travel planning is preferred but not required

Comfortable learning new technology and online booking platforms

Self motivated, dependable, and proactive

Passion for helping clients create outstanding travel experiences

Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within LATAM
