We're seeking a motivated and personable Remote Telemarketer to support our sales team by connecting with warm leads, gathering client information, and educating customers about insurance options. This role focuses on building strong first impressions, maintaining organized communication, and helping to create opportunities for our licensed sales professionals.

There is no cold calling involved. You will work with inbound and warm opportunities while developing valuable communication and customer service experience in the insurance industry.

  • Base pay starts at $10-$15 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Contact warm leads provided by the agency
  • Average approximately 810 lead conversations per day
  • Gather client information for the sales team to complete the quoting process
  • Educate customers on insurance coverages and available options
  • Maintain accurate communication and notes within agency systems
  • Support the overall client experience through professionalism and responsiveness

Requirements
  • Previous telemarketing experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Professional, dependable, and coachable attitude
  • Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • No insurance license required to start
