Remote Representative - Part-Time Specialist of Financial Fun-damentals



About the Role


We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to take on the exciting role of a Remote Representative, specializing as a Part-Time Specialist of Financial Fun-damentals. In this role, you'll work closely with communities to address one of the world's pressing challengesfinancial illiteracy. Your mission is to make a positive impact while working remotely, with access to all the tools and training you'll need for success.



Key Responsibilities


As a specialist, you are responsible for the commercial stewardship of an assigned book of existing customer accounts. Your primary activities include retention, contract renewals, and driving revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You'll engage virtually with customers via phone, email, and online meetings, owning forecasting, renewal management, and day-to-day account execution.



Core Objectives


  • Maximize portfolio retention and ensure contractual continuity by achieving high renewal rates and minimizing churn.
  • Drive expansion revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Provide high-quality account stewardship and commercial advocacy that maintains customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy in commercial and CRM data to support forecasting and operational coordination.



Skills and Expertise


  • Strong customer service, leadership, and management experience preferred.
  • A proven track record in account management and renewal execution, with competence in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual engagement and business review facilitation.
  • Proficient in forecasting and maintaining CRM data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a remote, part-time setting while achieving business objectives.



Qualifications


  • A background in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is a plus, though not required.
  • US citizen, 18 years or older, with the ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be self-motivated and entrepreneurially minded with a passion for helping people.
