Our team is remote, collaborative, and dedicated to doing things the right way.Role OverviewIn this role, you'll handle rent collection , coordinate with CHA and similar housing programs , assist with legal filings and evictions , and provide regular updates to property owners regarding financial performance.What You'll DoFollow up with tenants to ensure timely rent paymentsCoordinate with CHA (Chicago Housing Authority) for inspections, rent adjustments, and complianceSupport legal processes and collaborate with attorneys on evictionsSet up payment plans, send notices, and manage delinquenciesMaintain detailed records and prepare reports for clients and internal teamsCommunicate with property owners regarding the health of their investments What We're Looking ForExperience in rent collection, customer service, or property managementKnowledge of Section 8 housing & CHA procedures (highly preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and recordkeeping skillsFamiliarity with property management softwareAble to work independently during U.S. Central Time hoursLegal or eviction support experience is a plusRent Collection Agent Application – [Kettle & Oak]Please include a brief message outlining your relevant experience for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
