We are seeking a highly organised and personable Remote Receptionist to join their dynamic team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression of the company. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with strong administrative skills, capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently in a remote setting. This is a Full-Time / Part-time position, based remotely in Louisiana, United States.

    Responsibilities

    * Professionally manage and direct all incoming telephone calls and digital enquiries.
    * Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and courteously.
    * Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls using shared digital calendars.
    * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, including data entry and document preparation.
    * Maintain and organise digital files and records to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
    * Welcome virtual visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
    * Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support business operations.

    Qualifications

    * Proven experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative support role.
    * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a high level of digital literacy.
    * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    * A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
    * Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in an independent, remote environment.
    * A dedicated, quiet home office setup with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
    * Previous experience with virtual phone systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) is advantageous.
