JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven Acquisitions Manager to negotiate and secure real estate deals with motivated homeowners. You'll work primarily with inbound and warm leads, using our AI-powered systems and dedicated support teams to focus on seller conversations and closing contracts. This is a high-impact, commission-driven role offering uncapped earning potential, strong lead flow, and direct access to company leadership in a fast-growing real estate investment company.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Ramp Period: $4000-$5000/month for the first 6 months

  • Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee — 100% commission, no cap on earnings

  • Growth: Leadership or Disposition Opportunities

  • OTE Year-1: $100,000–$120,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AI-supported CRM with call recording, auto-transcription, and automated follow-up — you focus on sellers, the system handles the busywork

  • Structured pipeline with speed-to-lead automation — leads get to you fast, not stale

  • Small, focused team — you get real lead volume and real support.

  • Dispo and TC teams in place — your job is to acquire, not chase title companies or buyers

  • Multiple paid marketing channels with consistent lead flow — real investment in deal sourcing, not just cold lists

  • Leads are inbound or warm: PPC (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook), Pay-Per-Lead, Direct Mail, and niche lists (pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, probate). You spend your time on real seller conversations, not chasing cold prospects.

  • Family-oriented culture that values loyalty, direct communication, and long-term growth

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions REQUIRED

  • Understands this is a remote- 1099 role

  • Virtual closing experience strongly preferred. If your background is primarily in-person, you’ll need to demonstrate phone closing ability through a call recording or live role-play

  • Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator

  • Not currently running your own acquisitions business

  • Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus

  • Ideally located in FT Lauderdale/ South Florida

  • Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses
