Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) Telehealth | No Call | High Compensation
The Company is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join a rapidly growing, multi-state telehealth program focused on Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) services within nursing home populations.
This is a fully remote position offering exceptional work-life balance, minimal administrative burden, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative care delivery model that enhances patient outcomes through coordinated behavioral health services.
The Position: Our Client is looking for a remote Psychiatrist.
- $340,000 - $390,000 Salary (based on NP supervision responsibilities)

Requirements:
- Florida Medical License
- Must be willing to get licensed in other states (Company will pay for it)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, And Nurse Practitioners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct brief telepsychiatry visits (~5-10 minutes per patient) focused on BHI program follow-up
- Complete approximately 30 patient encounters per day (efficient, check-in style visits)
- Serve as the billing/initiating provider for BHI services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (NPs, therapists, facility staff)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
- Support care coordination efforts to improve patient behavioral health outcomes
Schedule:
- Office Hours 8 - 5 EST
- Your schedule will be based on your efficiency
- Most providers are done by 2pm-3pm everyday
- No Call
- No Nights
- No Weekends
