Position Overview
Beyond International Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Order Entry & Typist Clerk to support daily administrative and operational functions. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders, maintaining digital records, processing documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient workflow operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, computer literate, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders, invoices, and business data into company systems
- Review documents and information for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare, update, and maintain electronic records and spreadsheets
- Perform high-volume typing and data processing tasks
- Verify order details, pricing, and customer information
- Respond to internal emails and administrative inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Assist with generating reports and organizing digital files
- Coordinate with customer support, operations, and administrative departments as needed
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, order processing, or administrative assistance preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Experience using CRM or order management systems
