What You’ll Do
Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions for clients ages 10 and up
Complete diagnostic assessments (CCAs) and develop measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans
Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients
Deliver culturally reflective services tailored to individual client needs
Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices
Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid standards
Requirements
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field
Active North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS or associate-level license
Associate licenses are welcome with an active Supervision Agreement
Must attend virtual clinical team meetings
Must maintain a minimum client caseload per agency policy
Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills
Comfortable using EHR systems and delivering virtual care
Must pass a background check and be credentialed with insurance panels, state and federal programs including NCTracks
Professional, dependable, and committed to improving mental health access in underserved communities across North Carolina
Compensation & Perks
$35–$40 per session | $40–$50 per assessment
