Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm EST, with some flexibility 

Full-time, Remote position

 

We are seeking candidates who are licensed in three of our active states, which include: Virginia, Maryland or Washington, D.C. We cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes.
  • Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.
  • Work alongside empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results in delivering exceptional mental health support.
  • Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
  • Fully licensed in the state of Virginia, D.C. or Maryland (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
  • Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
  • Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
