Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality sales presentations and consult over 100% inbound phone calls.
  • Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, MedSupp, PDP options, and ancillary sales.
  • Use active listening and high emotional intelligence to build instant rapport with seniors.
  • Accurately enroll clients using our electronic tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention Support Team for a seamless post-sale hand-off.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Licensing: Active Health Insurance License (Required).
  • Certifications: Current AHIP Certification (Required, or willing to obtain immediately).
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect genuinely with seniors.
