Responsibilities
  • Exceed new business goals and production targets.
  • Generate new business through outreach and networking.
  • Utilize networking skills to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships, even from a cold start.
  • Consistently ask for and maintain referrals to grow the client base.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in the insurance industry (required).
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Allstate experience (preferred).
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships.
