Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business by following agency sales process from leads generated from referrals, networking marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
  • Meets and/or exceeds agency minimum sales expectations.
  • Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.

Requirements
  • Colorado Property and Casualty License required.
  • Must have previous sales experience preferred.
  • Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a self starter remote environment
  • Set ambitious sales goals, continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results to clients.
  • Communicate effectively, be able to communicate with team through technology used within the agency on a daily basis.
