Were looking for an Allstate experienced and motivated Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative whos ready to help clients protect what matters most while earning a rewarding income. Youll call outbound warm leads provided by the agency, conduct coverage reviews, and close new business in a professional, goal-oriented setting.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to thrive in a remote environment. Whether youre new to insurance or an experienced salesperson, youll receive paid training, top-tier technology, and ongoing support to help you excel.
- Base Pay: $20-$23 per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
- First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$95,000+ with commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities
- Sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home policies
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Make 150 calls a day/ 3 hours talk time a day
- Consistently follow up with quoted customers and warm leads to close sales
- Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is required
- Previous experience with Allstate insurance.
- Proven sales or customer service experience (call center, solar, retail, or door-to-door a plus)
- Spanish speaking is bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence
- Resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude toward challenges
- Ability to manage a high call volume while staying organized and efficient
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured, results-oriented environment
