Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with insurance prospects
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
- Generate referrals and cultivate new business opportunities
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Conduct needs-based insurance conversations
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Follow agency sales processes and compliance requirements
- Maintain professional communication and documentation standards
- Build long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License in at least one of the states the Agency is licensed in (AR, AZ, CO, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, NM, OK, PA)
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Professional phone and virtual communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline activity consistently
