Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):

  • As our Customer Service Agent, youll be the go-to person for clients making sure they feel valued, supported, and taken care of:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients regarding their insurance policies
  • Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Process payments and billing inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about coverage, deductibles, claims, and account details
  • Troubleshoot client issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Cross-sell or upsell additional coverages where appropriate (Home, Auto, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
  • Support producers by managing follow-ups, documentation, and client communication
  • Stay up-to-date on carrier guidelines, state regulations, and industry best practices
  • Deliver service with a client-first mindsetprofessional, friendly, and solution-oriented

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Active Florida 220 license (required)
  • Previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred
  • Customer service background in insurance or call center setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with agency management systems and CRM tools
  • Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment
  • Positive, personable, and able to balance friendliness with professionalism
