We’re hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist to help end users troubleshoot everyday tech issues and keep things running smoothly - all from home.

This client is looking for someone to start in Late April/Early May.

Position Overview: This is a great opportunity for someone with solid foundational IT knowledge who wants real-world experience and room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Supporting Windows environments (user accounts, file navigation, basic admin tasks)
• Helping resolve basic network/connectivity issues
• Assisting users with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Documenting issues and resolutions clearly in support tickets

What You Bring:

• Logical, step-by-step troubleshooting skills
• Ability to research unfamiliar issues and figure things out
• Strong documentation habits (if it’s not documented, it didn’t happen)
• Willingness to jump into training and keep learning

Soft Skills Matter Here:

• Clear, friendly communication (no tech jargon overload)
• Patience and professionalism with non-technical users
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
• Confidence working independently - but smart enough to escalate when needed
