Responsibilities
Work inbound and outbound leads daily
Quote and close insurance policies efficiently
Stay active on calls texts and follow ups
Participate in team communication and coaching
Track activity and results in CRM systems
Consistently work toward daily and monthly goals
Active Property and Casualty license required
Insurance sales experience required
Ability to follow structure and process
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Reliable remote work setup required
