We're seeking a driven Remote Insurance Sales Representative to help expand our growing book of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow within a successful agency. You will work with warm leads, conduct outbound prospecting, educate customers on coverage options, and help clients get great coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and sales conversations by phone
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent pipeline activity
  • Educate clients on insurance coverages and policy options
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain organized follow-up and communication with clients

Requirements
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
