Meridian Insurance & Financial Services is looking for a real sales producer.
This is a full-time remote insurance sales role with base pay, commission, warm leads, live transfer opportunities, and uncapped earning potential.
We are a high-performing Allstate agency with a large established book of business and strong sales opportunities. We provide the leads, systems, training, and support. You bring the drive, follow-up, phone confidence, and ability to close.
First-year earnings are typically $60,000$80,000, with higher income potential for strong producers.
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
- Wants to earn more based on production
- Is comfortable asking for the sale
- Follows up consistently
- Can work remotely without being micromanaged
- Understands that leads help, but do not close themselves
- Is competitive, coachable, and accountable
This is not a low-pressure customer service role. We pay more than many agencies, but we also expect more.
Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 per year

Responsibilities
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, landlord, and other personal insurance products
- Work warm leads, live transfers, referrals, existing customer opportunities, and follow-up lists
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Overcome objections and ask for the sale
- Track activity and pipeline in agency systems
- Meet sales activity and production expectations
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong phone skills
- Comfortable with inbound leads, outbound follow-up, referrals, and live transfers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
