The Dempsey Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients choose the right insurance coverage, provide excellent customer service, and build long-term relationships. Base salary starting at $35,000 per year + commission (unlimited earning potential)

Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and referrals to generate new business
Present insurance options and explain coverage benefits clearly
Customize policies based on client needs and budget
Manage customer accounts and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Requirements
Sales, insurance, or customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, goal-driven, and coachable
Ability to obtain or already possess a state insurance license (we can assist with the process)
