The Role
We are looking for people who can execute, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their numbers.
Depending on your skill set, you may be helping with appointment setting, sales conversations, or full closing responsibilities.
This may include:
Speaking with warm or pre-qualified prospects
Taking Zoom or phone-based sales calls
Asking strong diagnostic questions
Understanding the prospect’s goals, pain points, and current situation
Presenting the right offer clearly and confidently
Handling objections without pressure or weird sales tactics
Keeping CRM notes clean, simple, and useful
Following team processes and performance standards

You’ll be stepping into a business with established systems, frameworks, scripts, and lead flow already in place.
You are not expected to randomly chase cold leads all day. The focus is on warm conversations, structured follow-up, and high-quality sales execution.

Compensation
Compensation depends on role, experience, and production.
Typical starting ranges:
Setters: Around $1,000 to $1,500 per week
Closers: Around $2,000 to $3,000 per week, with additional performance upside
There is room for more based on consistency, skill, and results.
