Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and update online forms, spreadsheets, and company databases
- Enter customer, inventory, shipping, and production information accurately
- Review forms and records for errors or missing information
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Process purchase orders, invoices, shipping forms, and internal reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams
- Track document submissions and deadlines
- Assist with data verification and administrative support tasks
- Follow company privacy and confidentiality policies
Requirements:
