• ​Sales & Consulting: Guide eligible members through the enrollment process and help them select the best plans for their families.
• ​Leadership Development: Participate in mentorship programs designed to fast-track high-performers into management and team-lead positions.

The Simon Arias Agencies represent American Income Life Insurance Company and consist of offices located throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland. Arias Agencies’ founder, Simon Arias, was hired by the Surace-Smith Agencies in Ohio after graduating college. Simon excelled and moved to a top level management position within his first year. Simon worked closely alongside Ohio State General Agents, Jim Surace and Marcus Smith, as Regional Director of Sales for the Agency and was a key figure in expansion efforts. The results Simon achieved helped him rise to be one of the top leaders at American Income Life. In 2008, Simon accepted the challenge to open his own Agency and became the youngest State General Agent in Company history at age 24. He excelled as an SGA and has won numerous awards, breaking production records for his territory. Simon was selected to contribute to AIL’s Executive Council, which advises the Company on its direction. Simon is viewed as a mentor by many of the top leaders in the Company, and has been chosen as State General Agent of the year, the highest honor a State General Agency can achieve.
