Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Miami Commercial Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>
Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Assist with commercial litigation matters
<\/li> - Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
<\/li> - Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
<\/li> - Support active litigation files and help keep matters progressing efficiently
<\/li> - Assist with hearings, depositions, and other litigation -related tasks as needed
<\/li><\/ul>Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
<\/li> - Located in Miami or the surrounding South Florida area
<\/li> - Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
<\/li> - Big law or large firm experience preferred
<\/li> - Federal clerkship experience is a strong plus
<\/li> - Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
<\/li> - Detail -oriented and able to meet deadlines
<\/li> - Able to work independently
<\/li><\/ul>Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
