We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Remote Collections role, with Interprose ACE Software required.

Workway is working with a well-established third-party collection agency with over 30 years of experience specializing in revenue cycle management and bad debt recovery. The organization is recognized for delivering high-quality, ethical, and results-driven collection solutions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Remote Debt Collectors / Collections Specialists to join a high-performing team. This role is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment solutions, and delivering strong recovery results while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume outbound and inbound collection calls.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and resolutions on delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
  • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate consumers.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.
  • Provide professional, respectful communication to maintain positive consumer interactions.
Required:
  • 2+ years of collections, call center, or accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience with Interprose ACE Software within the last year.
  • Background in healthcare collections, financial services, or revenue cycle management.
  • Skip tracing experience (Accurint, LexisNexis, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Pay Rate Range: 22.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
