Your Key Responsibilities
- Function as the Remote Client Specialist and primary contact for clients, ensuring total satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and associates professionally, courteously, and promptly
- Guide clients in understanding business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
- Create personalized financial plans, helping clients navigate budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
- Enhance account value through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high client satisfaction
- No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking
What We're Looking For
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and U.S. citizens
- Possess a clear background check
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Show motivation to obtain a Life Producer license within the initial two weeks
- Be familiar with Google tools, Zoom, and scheduling software
- Capable of analyzing account health metrics and crafting concise summaries
- Have experience or potential in identifying growth opportunities
