We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to organized, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. This is a remote position with training provided; candidates located in Tucker, GA and elsewhere in the U.S. are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client communications and support requests across phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Coordinate schedules and appointment-related tasks.
- Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and client notifications.
- Maintain accurate records and perform timely system updates.
- Deliver a consistent, professional client experience.
