This remote opportunity is for a Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. Training is provided. Candidates should be located in or able to work Pacific Time (Las Vegas, NV) hours.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications and support requests
- Coordinating schedules and appointment-related tasks
- Assisting with service updates and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
- Providing a consistent and professional client experience
