Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured, professional conversations with pre-qualified individuals

Share information about personal development and leadership education programs

Utilise digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Zoom) to manage communication and engagement

Apply basic marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage interest

Participate in ongoing training and personal development

Independently manage your schedule, workflow, and activity levels
About You

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

Confident using digital tools and online platforms (LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)

Demonstrates initiative, consistency, and a results-focused mindset
