Kids Dental Brands is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team! This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in El Paso, TX who are ready to build their customer service skills while supporting families and dental offices across the states we serve.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Applicants must reside in El Paso, TX
• Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology
