Expected Earnings (salary+commission): $75,000 in your first year, with top performers earning over $125,000 last year.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on insurance products that fit their needs
• Close sales and build lasting client relationships
• Follow up with leads (we set you up for success!)
• Follow the Bucher Family Insurance sales process
• Keep learning, improving, and growing

• P&C Insurance License
• Candidates must have at least 6+ months of experience with AllstateOR 2+ years of experience working in the Personal Lines Insurance industry.
