Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Adoption Marketing Events Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role.

The Adoption Marketing Team is looking for an exceptional Events and Operations Manager to support the team in delivering outstanding learning event experiences for our customers. This person will support learning event and customer programs through end-to-end project management, including organization, execution, and reporting, to drive user adoption and retention at scale. This role will report directly to the Director, Adoption Marketing, and will work closely with our Adoption Marketing, Customer Engagement, Experience League Platform, Product Management,, and Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our premier advocate program, Adobe Champions, 220+ of Adobe's most expert customers across our CX Enterprise products
  • Application process for 2026-2027 Adobe Champion class
  • Project manage the end-to-end judging process across 6 solutions, maintaining timelines and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate and track application submissions, ensuring organized handoffs to the judging panel
  • Support Adoption Marketing managers with the onboarding and offboarding of 220+ strategic advocates, including tracking status, communications, enablement, and documentation
  • Adobe Champion Forum multi-day in-person event
  • Execute event programming developed in partnership with adoption marketers, managing all logistics for the in-person event
  • Own vendor coordination, room logistics, catering, AV, and on-site execution
  • Build and maintain the run-of-show and internal communications leading up to the event
  • Support adoption marketers with Product Team participation, including managing content delivery, coordinating speaker prep, and slide collection
  • Plan for Adobe Summit 2027 conference (March 22-25)
  • Develop the event programming in partnership with adoption marketers
  • Work with centralized Summit team to manage logistics for the in-person event, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for scheduling and coordination
  • Support adoption marketers with Skill Exchange @ Summit sessions, including managing content delivery from customers
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of event, marketing, and/or customer marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to leverage and use AI and agents to streamline operational processes
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Customer-centric with a "what's best for the customer " approach
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an exceptional teammate
