Job Summary
Caterpillar's Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Business Development Manager. This position will be responsible for accelerating profitable growth by developing, commercializing, and scaling Cat Remanufacturing service solutions across Electric Power, Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial & Rail, and On-Highway Truck segments. The location for this position will be Houston or Dallas, TX.
What You Will Do:
The Business Development Manager leads the identification and commercialization governance of new product and lifecycle solution opportunities that accelerate Cat Reman Power & Energy STU growth. Serving as the single point of accountability from opportunity identification through go-to-market delivery and management, this role aligns cross-functional stakeholders and distribution partners to deliver lifecycle solutions, expand critical component offerings, and achieve the division's STU growth commitments through 2030.
