Description Weyerhaeuser is currently looking for an experienced individual to provide leadership for reliability and site process improvements for our lumber facility in Greenville, NC. As a Reliability Manager, you will focus on driving positive results in terms of safety, quality, reliability, and cost by training and leading our teams to understand and execute reliability maintenance practices at the excellence level. This position reports to the Maintenance Superintendent. Key Functions Role model our safety standards and on-the-job behavior by living our core principles of integrity; fairness, creating a positive, inclusive work environment, and ensuring open communication among leaders and associates Lead and champion our elements of the reliability plan to include Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PM optimization, oil analysis, vibration, infrared thermal imaging, alignment, balancing, and lubrication Keep current with new equipment and technology and updated maintenance methods Learn and appreciate the importance of service quality, service delivery and flawless job execution Coach others on process improvement techniques and skills Actively assess opportunities to incorporate predictive maintenance techniques and technology into current equipment maintenance strategies Actively use business systems to analyze the effectiveness of technical solutions and capture knowledge sharing Actively work on capital improvements
