Senior Reliability EngineerLocation: Oshkosh, WIJob Type: Direct HireSalary: $75,000.00‑$95,000.00Ideal Candidate:Engineering background: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related STEM with 3–5+ years experience in reliability & maintainability engineering within heavy equipment, truck, defense, ag, or automotive manufacturing .Reliability & failure analysis expert: Hands‑on experience with FMECA, DFMEA (strong preference), RCM, LORA, Root Cause & Corrective Action , and analysis of failure/test incident data (TIR) to drive design and maintenance improvements.Strong data, math & statistics skills: Proven ability to analyze complex failure datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle decisions .Vehicle systems & technical depth: Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems , with the ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models .Customer‑facing communicator: Experience working directly with government or external customers , leading design reviews, presenting technical reports, and collaborating across IPTs, WGs, and CCBs .Engineering tools & autonomy: Proficient with Excel (advanced), MS Office, CAD , and preferably PTC Windchill/Creo, VBA , able to work onsite , independently, and proactively across design‑to‑production phases.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeIndustriesDefense and Space Manufacturing and Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
